1. APPLICATION OF TERMS

1. This Agreement governs the Affiliate’s participation in the Maybets Affiliate Program.
2. Participation requires acceptance of all terms and conditions by signing at the end of this document.

2. MAYBETS’ RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

2.1. Registration of Customers
• 2.1.1. Maybets will register Customers and track their activity in real-time via a reporting dashboard.
• 2.1.2. All registered Customers will be subject to Maybets' policies and responsible gambling guidelines.
• 2.1.3. Maybets reserves the right to reject or close customer accounts based on fraudulent, high-risk, or non-compliant activities.

2.2. Tracking Customers’ Play
• 2.2.1. Maybets provides real-time tracking & performance reports, allowing Aliates to monitor earnings, clicks, FTDs, and player activity.

2.3. Commission Structure

The Maybets Affiliate Program operates a tiered commission system based on the number of First-Time Depositors (FTDs) referred by the Affiliate.

No Negative Carryover – Negative balances do not carry over to the next month.

Lifetime Commission – Affiliates earn commissions as long as referred players remain active.

1. 2.4. Payment Terms
   • Payment Frequency: Bi-Monthly (within 15 days of each month).
   • No Minimum Payout Threshold: Affiliates receive all earnings, regardless of amount.
   • Payment Methods:
     • MPESA
     • Bank Transfers
     • PayPal
     • Skrill
     • Neteller
     • Yandex Money
     • QIWI Wallet
     • Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT)

3. AFFILIATE’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

3.1. Marketing & Promotion
• 3.1.1. The Affiliate must promote Maybets responsibly on digital platforms, including:
  • Websites, blogs, SEO content
  • Social media marketing (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Native Ads)

3.2. Prohibited Activities

The Affiliate must NOT:

• Use misleading advertising (e.g., false promotions or fake bonuses).
• Market to individuals under 18 years.
• Bid on Maybets brand keywords in search engines (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
• Engage in cookie stung, VPN manipulation, or fraudulent trac sources.
• Self-refer or create fake player accounts.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION

4.1. Aliates must keep all customer and business data condential.5.2. This obligation remains for two (2) years after contract termination.

5. MODIFICATIONS TO AGREEMENT

Maybets reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Aliates will receive email notications for major updates.

6. TERMINATION & SUSPENSION

6.1. Term & Termination
• 6.1.1. This Agreement is valid for one (1) year, auto-renewing unless terminated. 7.1.2. Either party may terminate the Agreement with seven (7) days' written notice.
6.2. Immediate Termination

Maybets may immediately terminate an Aliate for:

• Fraudulent trac or self-referrals.
• Failure to meet the Minimum Referral Requirement (10 active customers in 3 months).
• Breaching prohibited activities (cookie stung, unauthorized brand bidding).
7.3. Consequences of Termination

Upon Termination

• The Aliate must remove all Maybets branding & promotional materials.
• Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited if the termination is due to breach of contract

7.FORCE MAJEURE

Maybets is not liable for delays or failures caused by Force Majeure events (e.g., cyberattacks, regulatory changes, natural disasters).

8.INDEMNITY & LIABILITY

8.1. The Aliate indemnies Maybets from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from their promotional activities.

8.2. Maybets is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the Aliate Program.

9.GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Kenya under the Betting, Lotteries, and Gaming Act, Cap 131.

9.2. Any disputes shall rst be settled through negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By signing this Agreement, the Aliate acknowledges and agrees to the Maybets Aliate Program Terms & Conditions.
